Shipping Information
- Worldwide Shipping: We happily ship our kawaii hair clips to customers all over the globe.
- Shipping Carrier: All packages are securely shipped via PostNL.
- Shipping Rate: We charge a flat rate of €3.95 per order.
- Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.
Payment Methods
To keep our checkout simple, we currently accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (Direct Bank Wire): Securely transfer the total amount from your bank account to ours. Processing may take 1–3 business days.
- Invoice (Pay Later): Receive your item along with an invoice. Payment is due within the period specified on the document.
- Cash on Delivery (COD / Rembours): Pay for your order in cash directly to the postal carrier upon delivery. Please note that additional carrier fees may apply for this service.
